All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Our team carefully prepares each order to ensure accuracy and safe delivery.

Transit Time

Once your order has been shipped, most packages are delivered within 7–12 business days (Monday through Friday).
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, or during peak seasons and holidays.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) on business days will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations & Charges

  • We currently ship within the United States

  • All orders are shipped for $4.99

  • International shipping is not available at this time

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@babiva.shop. Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to keep the original packaging and provide clear photos so we can assist you quickly.
