1. What is Babiva?

Babiva is an online store offering stylish, comfortable, and high-quality products for babies and children — including shoes, school bags, backpacks, and accessories for daily wear or school use.

2. How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  1. Browse our product categories.

  2. Select the item you want.

  3. Choose size/color (if applicable) and add to cart.

  4. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact us immediately at info@babiva.shop with your order number.

Once an order enters processing, we may not be able to make changes.

4. How long does shipping take?

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.
    Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Babiva currently ships only within the United States.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to show in the carrier’s system.

7. What if my package is late or missing?

If your tracking shows a delay or you haven’t received your order:

  1. Check your tracking status first.

  2. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@babiva.shop so we can help investigate.

8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition (unworn, unused)

  • Tags attached and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

9. How do I start a return?

To start a return, email info@babiva.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Items sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.

10. When will my refund be issued?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
